Service Description
Receeco is a digital receipt platform that allows users to receive, store, and manage receipts electronically. We provide services to both consumers and merchants across Nigeria.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to disrupt or damage our systems
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
Merchant Terms
Additional Terms for Merchants
- Accurate transaction information must be provided
- Compliance with local tax and business regulations
- Proper integration with existing POS systems
- Timely payment of subscription fees
Limitation of Liability
Receeco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
